Payable on Death at the Voodoo
Guns-N-Roses “Not in our Lifetime” World Tour.
Formed on the streets of Los Angeles in 1985, Guns-N-Roses would rise to the top and become one of the greatest rock bands in history.
It had been more than 20+ years since the last time Arrowhead Stadium hosted a G-n-R tour and it was worth the wait.
With a set list of greatest hits and a few awesome covers, Axl, Slash and Duff took us back to the jungle. 40 thousand Kansas City fans were taken back to a time when big hair and ripped jeans ruled.
Zakk Sabbath a tribute to Black Sabbath.
Featuring Zakk Wylde and his Ozzy Osbourne bandmate, bassist Rob ‘Blasko’ Nicholson and on the drums, Joey Castillo (ex-Danzig, ex-Queens of the Stone Age).
The historic Uptown theater was site of the SABBATH and who better to lead the sermon than Zakk Wylde.
Ripping through a set list of Black Sabbath’s greatest hits, Zakk’s vocals would have made Ozzy himself proud. Kansas City fans were on their feet, with fists in the air, in support of a true tribute show.

Kansas City fans Rocked by Psychic Warfare
Since forming in 1991, Clutch has released 11 studio albums.
Their latest release “Psychic Warfare” is a Swampy, Southern Metal Masterpiece. It debuted at No. 1 on the Top Rock Albums chart and No. 11 on Billboard 200, selling 26,000 copies in the first week.
Kansas City’s Uptown Theater hosted this stop on the 2016 Psychic Warfare world tour.
A no frills, in your face, metal show that whipped the historic auditorium in to a frenzy.
The set list for the night included classic CLUTCH and Mind Melting Tracks from “Psychic Warfare.”
CLUTCH was on point, with a performance that comes from years of doing it right. Their groovy riffs and thick vocals lull you in, then kick you in the face and Kc fans couldn’t get enough.

KYNG Live in #kansascity
Eddie Veliz (vocals, guitar), Tony Castaneda (bass, backup vocals), and Pepe Clarke (drums)
In support of their NEW release “Breath in the water.”
Kansas city fans loved the raw, no frills metal, that KYNG brought to the stage.
**Breaking out of the City of Angels in 2011, the group’s debut Trampled Sun landed shining critical acclaim for its “California Heavy” sound merging the metallic meanderings of Soundgarden and Queens of the Stone Age with the timeless scope of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. They hit the road with everybody from The Sword and Clutch to Trivium and Megadeth—even being picked to play at Metallica’s first-ever Orion Music + More festival. However, everything was merely leading up to Burn The Serum.
